These terms apply to all users of the Service, including free users and paid Pro subscribers.

QuickFreightCalc is a web-based freight rate estimation tool that provides:

• FTL (full truckload) and LTL (less-than-truckload) rate estimates
• Load profitability calculations
• FMCSA-compliant HOS trip planning estimates
• Seasonal rate adjustment tools
• Pro features including branded PDF quote generation, multi-stop load building, and saved lane profiles

The Service is provided for informational and estimation purposes only.

All rates, calculations, and estimates produced by QuickFreightCalc are estimates only based on publicly available market data including DAT Trendlines and EIA diesel prices. They are not guaranteed quotes, contract offers, or binding commitments of any kind.

Actual freight rates may vary significantly based on current market conditions, carrier availability, fuel prices, seasonal factors, load-specific requirements, and negotiation between parties.

QuickFreightCalc LLC expressly disclaims any liability for business decisions, financial losses, or disputes arising from the use of rate estimates produced by this Service. Always verify rates independently before entering into any freight agreement.

Pro subscriptions are billed at $4.99 per month. By subscribing you authorize QuickFreightCalc LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription charges except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to your registered email address.
• Account access: Pro features are tied to your account. You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a manner that could harm the Service or other users.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use automated tools to make excessive requests to the Service
• Misrepresent quotes generated by the Service as guaranteed rates
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by QuickFreightCalc LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

PDF quotes generated through the Service for your personal or business use are yours to use freely. You may not resell or redistribute the Service itself.

The Service uses data from third-party sources including DAT Trendlines, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), Google Maps, and others. QuickFreightCalc LLC makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QUICKFREIGHTCALC LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKFREIGHTCALC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
